Looking for a new home where you can live comfortably? We can help you out! As a relocation consultant we are going to look for rooms, studio's or apartments based on your requirements.
Give us your preferences and we go out into our network and online to find the perfect match. Searching (and finding) a new home is a fun and exciting experience and we are happy to help you with this process.
Search for rental properties
We look for suitable rental properties that fits your requirements. Such as: location, budget, amount of people etc. Once we found a property that fits your needs we will send it over to you.
Documentation
We always have to collect your documentation for the income check. This way we can move quickly.
BSN Number & HVV Permit
If you don't have a Dutch citizen number yet (Burger Service Nummer) we will help you with getting the BSN number from the municipality. In some area's you need a housing permit (HuisVestings Vergunning), we will check if you need one and assist you with requesting it.
Inspection
During your check-in we will make an inspection report so the state in which the rental property is received will be documented. You will have one month afterwards to inform us if there are any other issues and we will help you out in the situation.
Viewings
You can come to the viewing personally or we facilitate video viewings so you don't have to be in The Netherlands yet.
Connecting facilities
We will help you to arrange:
- Internet
- Electricity
- Gas
- Water
We'll make sure to set you up with reliable companies and get you connected right away.
Bank account number
It's very useful to have a Dutch bank account number to prevent any transaction fees. We will help you set up the bank account number.
